A Perfect Circle Returns from Hiatus(album Dl)

A Perfect circle has decided to return from the band's break they decided to take in 2005. With front man Maynard Keenan(Tool, Puscifer) and Billy Howerdel they plan of having a 5 city tour sometime this fall(dates to be announced.)
